YES, still free and controlling everything in this Province. Hickman's family controls most of the business here and the Legal System. The Criminals prosper and party while the abused victims are persecuted and black listed for telling the truth. The Legal System won't even take DNA tests, 10 minutes, to tell the world the truth, they don't care who knows, they do what they want anyway.
