Our Mission
Survivors Healing Center is a non-profit organization which provides education, information, referrals, high quality services, and support to survivors of childhood sexual abuse and to their supporters. Our primary goals are to empower those victimized by sexual abuse through a healing process and to prevent sexual abuse of children.
Sexual Abuse - Therapy Group
This group provides a safe and supportive healing environment for exploring issues of child sexual abuse. Goals of the group are breaking isolation, developing healthy coping skills, reducing shame, increasing self-esteem, and building healthy boundaries. Healing is facilitated using emotional release work, meditation, imagery, writing and group discussions. An emphasis is placed on learning to nurture ourselves as we heal. Group meets for 12 weeks.

Men Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse - Therapy Group
Participants will have the opportunity to transform shame, pain, rage, and fear. You are not alone and not to blame. In a safe, supportive environment, we will use writing, emotional release work, and other processes to explore the feelings, mourn the violation, and affirm the anger resulting from the original abuse. Gather strength, celebrate survival, and take the steps necessary to heal and move on. Group meets for 12 weeks.
